Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Haldwani. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, assisting with insurance claims, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include meeting clients, understanding their needs, recommending suitable insurance products, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service experience and client relationship management
Knowledge of insurance products and services
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
