Role Name: Relationship Manager Pro Work Outline: Sourcing builders/ B2B Interiors within 300 sq/km of the Raipur region & mapping their potential consumption for our product lines. Understanding the nuances of each builder/ Interior account & databasing on the move in the specified format as directed by the company (current suppliers, prices, leverage type & depth, payment terms, market reputation/ feedback, etc.) Building relationships with key decision makers for each account (Purchase Manager, Owners) & their designated contractors to ensure smooth workflow. Understanding the process of approval of products in each B2B account. End-to-end lifecycle management for 50+ B2B clients (from sourcing to mapping to Building to closure to cultivating & managing) Ensuring the policy regarding timely meetups is followed, and clients are serviced effectively for complaints and issues. The retention rate should be 90% or higher, with an exceptionally high NPS. Coordinating with ops, marketing, and the technical team for timely product delivery, service, and collections. Driving policy initiatives with specified builders and interiors as directed. Flexible to move & travel to other locations (up to 5-10 days/month) Must-haves: Experience of working with interiors/architects. Resourceful & well-networked with 30-50 people in the Raipur region. A bachelor's / Diploma degree + Have at least 4+ Years of working experience. (MBA a plus) Proficiency in Google Suite - including Sheets and Docs. + Excellent hold in English and Hindi. (Speaking + Writing) Experience in the field of B2B Sales, specifically in non-trade, will be preferred.
