Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager-NRI to join our dynamic team at IDFC FIRST Bank. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our NRI customer base in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. As a Relationship Manager-NRI, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our NRI banking products and services, building and maintaining relationships with NRI customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new NRI customers through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing NRI customers to increase customer retention and cross-selling opportunities
  • Understand the financial needs and goals of NRI customers and provide them with suitable banking solutions
  • Promote and sell a wide range of NRI banking products and services, including NRI savings accounts, NRI fixed deposits, NRI loans, and NRI investment products
  • Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings to provide customers with the best possible solutions
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer queries or complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with other departments within the bank to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the bank's CRM system

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
  • Knowledge of NRI banking products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and products
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Fluency in English and Tamil is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
