Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

As a Relationship Manager Micro Enterprises Group, you will be responsible for:

Managing and acquiring
Micro, Small & Medium Enterprise (MSME)
clients.
Driving business growth through
lending products (Working Capital, Term Loans, Business Loans)
and other banking solutions.
Developing and maintaining
strong client relationships
to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Identifying opportunities for
cross-sell and up-sell
of banking products like CASA, Trade Finance, Insurance, Forex, etc.
Ensuring compliance with
credit policies, KYC norms, and risk management guidelines
.
Meeting business targets for
assets, revenue, and portfolio quality
.
Regularly engaging with customers through
field visits and meetings
to understand business requirements.

Key Skills Required

Strong understanding of
MSME/SME banking, lending products, and financial analysis
.
Excellent
relationship management, networking, and negotiation skills
.
Ability to
analyze financial statements
and assess creditworthiness.
Good knowledge of
local markets, customer segments, and regulatory guidelines
.
High
sales orientation
and target-driven approach.
Effective communication & presentation skills.
