Role Overview: As a Business Banking Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring New to Bank MSME relationships through the CRM and Knowledge Banking approach. Your role will involve building the Asset Book by providing Working Capital Facilities and Term Loans to MSME Clients. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire New to Bank Business Banking MSME relationships through the CRM and Knowledge Banking approach - Engage with colleagues in Branch Banking and MSME Associations to meet a minimum of 2 MSME Clients daily - Build the Asset Book by extending Working Capital Facilities and Term Loans to MSME Clients - Develop the Liability Book by offering various Trade and Transaction products like Cash Management Services, Trade and Treasury Products - Increase Book Profitability and Client stickiness by cross-selling POS Machines, Salary Accounts, Insurance, and Wealth Management Products - Collaborate with Risk, Operations, and service teams to ensure timely loan delivery and smooth client onboarding - Meet both bottom line and top line targets by enhancing productivity Qualifications Required: - Define performance goals in collaboration with the reporting manager and work towards achieving them - Take ownership of your learning agenda and bridge development gaps through various means - Understand and display relevant competencies for the role effectively - Stay updated on professional/industry developments through continued education and professional networks (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description) Role Overview: As a Business Banking Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring New to Bank MSME relationships through the CRM and Knowledge Banking approach.
