Job Description

Role Overview: As a Business Banking MSME Acquisition Manager, your primary responsibility will be to acquire new-to-bank MSME clients in alignment with the cluster's business strategy. You will play a crucial role in building the SME business, achieving sales targets, and developing strategies to meet the business objectives effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Build the SME business in accordance with the cluster's business strategy - Achieve sales targets aligned with the cluster's business strategy - Understand the cluster requirements and collaborate closely with the SL/RL team to achieve business objectives - Develop and share MIS to comprehend the market and enhance the cluster's operational efficiency - Focus on providing financial solutions to the SME segment for their asset/liability needs - Collaborate with the Credit/Risk team to drive business growth using suitable sourcing strategies based on market conditions - Identify cross-sell opportunities in each asset client and formulate strategies to maximize profitability - Manage people and teams, including career development, coaching, and mentoring of key talent within the team - Conduct market mapping of the cluster, devise strategies for market expansion, and actively contribute to the development of new products/markets in collaboration with the Product Development Team Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any field - Master's degree in Financial Management is preferred - Professional certifications such as CA/CFA are preferred, while AMFI/NCFM/IRDA certifications will be an added advantage Additional Company Details: The role requires a minimum of 8-14 years of relevant experience, with at least 5-7 years in a similar role. Prior experience in Banking/NBFC in Working Capital/LAP/Mortgages will be beneficial in fulfilling the responsibilities effectively.
