The role holder is responsible for acquisition of new-to-bank Business Banking MSME relationships through the CRM and Knowledge Banking approach. This includes regularly engaging with colleagues in Branch Banking and MSME Associations Office Bearers to meet a minimum of 2 MSME Clients on a daily basis. Additionally, the role holder is responsible for building the Asset Book by extending Working Capital Facilities and Term Loans to MSME Clients. Furthermore, the responsibilities include building a Liability Book comprising Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, and Fixed Deposits by offering various Trade and Transaction products such as Cash Management Services, Trade, and Treasury Products. The role also involves enhancing Book Profitability and Client stickiness by consistently seeking opportunities to expand the share of the wallet of the customer base through Cross-Selling of POS (Merchants) Machines, Salary Accounts for employees, Insurance (both Life and Non-Life), and various other Wealth Management Products. Collaboration with the Risk, Operations, and Service teams is essential to ensure the delivery of better TAT of Loans and smooth onboarding of clients. Meeting the Targets, both in respect of the bottom line and top line, is crucial by constantly enhancing Productivity. Performance goals are defined at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager, and it is the responsibility of the role holder to ensure that these goals are monitored and achieved throughout the year. Taking ownership of one's learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the reporting manager and working towards bridging the gaps through various means beyond just training is expected. Understanding the competencies relevant to the role and actively working towards displaying and developing these competencies effectively is also essential. Staying abreast of relevant professional/industry developments, new techniques, and current issues through continued education and professional networks is highly encouraged to excel in this role.,
