Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions. Conduct thorough needs analysis to provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advice. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Job Requirements Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in microfinance or mutual funds, with a strong track record of success. In-depth knowledge of financial products and services, including mutual funds, investments, and banking solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insightful recommendations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets while maintaining high ethical standards. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance procedures in the BFSI sector.
