Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Micro Finance or Receivables.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payments and minimize defaults.
Develop and implement strategies to improve client engagement and retention.
Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and management.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Micro Finance products and services, including Mutual Funds and other financial instruments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
Proven track record of success in relationship management, preferably in a similar role.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
