Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in micro finance or receivables.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payments and minimize defaults.
Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of micro finance products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in relationship management and collections is an added advantage.
Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
