We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in merchant onboarding or business development. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants to drive business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of merchant onboarding processes. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization. Job Minimum 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in merchant onboarding or business development. Strong understanding of the banking and financial sector, including products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
