Relationship Manager-Loan Against Property (LAP)-Sales

As an individual with experience in Mortgage Loan and Loan against property, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Generating business from DSAs - Monitoring pre and post disbursal documents and formalities - Monitoring and resolving infant delinquent cases - Building relationships with current and prospective customers - Providing off-roll incentive inputs for timely processing - Meeting HNI customers for Business Loans - Generating corporate leads and closing deals - Achieving branch/location targets through the team, including branch sales target, ALR, and controlling PDD/delinquency You should be comfortable using MS Word and MS Excel, possess good communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate team management skills, and have the ability to collaborate, delegate, and motivate. Qualifications required for this role include being a graduate or above with a minimum of 3 years of work experience. Exposure in a similar industry would be preferable, and experience with secured lending asset products such as Home Finance, Personal Loan, or Educational Loan will be considered.
