Your key roles and responsibilities will include sourcing and acquiring new franchisees, business associates, and partners. You will be managing the existing mapped franchisees in your territory and ensuring the business development of all new franchisees. Additionally, you will be responsible for the business conversion of all newly acquired franchisees. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in any field and a minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience as a Relationship Manager.
