9. Proper explanation of Deal / Vehicle / Docs / finance / Accessories / Registration process to customer.
10. Accessories Sales of Minimum Rs. 20000/- per vehicle / Avgerage finance penetration 80%
11. Ensuring 0” complaint
12. Maintaining of Finance TAT (timely collection of Docs and Registration process)
13. Ensure 80% Test Drive
14. To update training certification as per Maruti requirement
