Role & responsibilities 1. Take enquiry from every source 2. Daily follow up on action plan. 3. Update the Saleztrac on enquiry remarks / Update the Enquiry status in Saleztrac. 4. Filter hot enquiries and push on Warm to Hot. 5. Daily Enquiry report and remarks update. 6. Visit Plan 7. Reference generation 8. Conducting Events 9. Proper explanation of Deal / Vehicle / Docs / finance / Accessories / Registration process to customer. 10. Accessories Sales of Minimum Rs. 20000/- per vehicle / Avgerage finance penetration 80% 11. Ensuring 0” complaint 12. Maintaining of Finance TAT (timely collection of Docs and Registration process) 13. Ensure 80% Test Drive 14. To update training certification as per Maruti requirement Preferred candidate profile Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong relationship-building and networking abilities. Customer-centric approach with a focus on satisfaction and retention. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer service principles.
