Relationship Manager

As a Portfolio Manager for SME clients in Mumbai, your role will involve managing clients" insurance needs across various sectors such as Corporate, Marine/Liability, Fire/Property, GMC, and GPA. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring clients" insurance requirements, engaging with them proactively, ensuring client satisfaction, and focusing on client retention. Building and maintaining strong relationships with SME clients, understanding their business needs, and providing personalized services will be crucial for success in this role. Additionally, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the SME sector to expand the client base and revenue will be a key focus for you. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of SME clients in different sectors - Monitor clients" insurance needs and engage with them proactively - Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SME sector - Offer personalized services to meet clients" specific requirements Qualifications Required: - Excellent sales skills in selling insurance products and services to SMEs - Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and recognizing new business prospects - Solid understanding of various insurance products and policies relevant to SMEs - Bachelor's degree and prior experience in catering to SME businesses preferred In addition, as part of this full-time and permanent role, you will collaborate with internal teams and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery to SME clients.
