Relationship Manager-IFA channel

Role Overview: As a part of Centricity, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to achieve planned growth objectives for the IFA channel. Your responsibilities will include acquiring new IFAs through continuous B2B sales efforts, activating IFAs through knowledge sessions, managing retail strategies, and ensuring the mobilization of schemes achieves industry-leading results. You will be accountable for all aspects of sales in your respective channel, contributing to increasing market share and building strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to achieve planned growth objectives for the IFA channel - Acquire new IFAs through continuous B2B sales efforts - Activate IFAs through regular knowledge sessions to empower them to build sizable AUM - Manage retail strategies and tactical business plans - Ensure mobilization of schemes achieves industry-leading results - Assume full accountability for all aspects of sales in the respective channel - Help in communicating a strong and vibrant brand - Increase market share in the IFA channel business - Sell SBIMF products in the location and surrounding areas - Achieve sales targets and patterns in the market - Conduct market and industry analysis to generate and increase sales - Prospect customers through new client acquisition, network, database, references, and open market - Penetrate targeted key accounts and identify upselling opportunities - Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plan Qualifications: - Undergraduate degree - 3 to 6 years of experience in AMC/BFSI space - MDF Certified,
