Job Description

We are having an urgent requirement for the position of Relationship Manager- HNI Acquisition for Chennai Location.

  • Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers to drive HNI client acquisition, CASA growth and deepening existing relationships.
  • Drive engagement across banking & investment products Liabilities, Retail Assets, Business Banking, Trade Forex, Wealth & Insurance, Credit Cards and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Enhance product holding per client through targeted cross-sell, privilege program onboarding and quality NTB acquisition.
  • Plan and monitor RM performance, ensure activity discipline, tele-calling quality and achievement of revenue & goal sheet targets.
  • Conduct joint client meetings to strengthen HNI engagement and improve wallet share.
  • Collaborate with product and support teams for smooth delivery of solutions across business lines and improve client experience.
  • Ensure digital adoption, campaign execution and client outreach effectiveness.
