Job Description

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Independently acquire new HNI / mass-affluent clients.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality client book with strong relationships.
  • Assist clients with investment planning, goal setting, and portfolio reviews.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, trust, and long-term retention.

2. Investment Strategy & Portfolio Management

  • Recommend investment solutions across

    MF, PMS, AIF, Bonds, Equity

    , etc.
  • Stay updated on market trends, product categories, and regulatory changes.
  • Support asset allocation, risk management, and tax optimisation initiatives.

3. Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Proactively drive lead generation and client acquisition initiatives.
  • Grow AUM through cross-selling and upselling aligned with client needs.
  • Work toward achieving assigned revenue and AUM targets.

4. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to SEBI, AMFI, and RBI guidelines.
  • Maintain proper documentation, KYC compliance, and client records.
  • Conduct periodic reviews to ensure suitability and compliance.

5. Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with senior RMs, analysts, and product teams to deliver solutions.
  • Prepare and support client presentations, reports, and communication material.

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • 4–5 years

    of experience in wealth management / financial advisory.
  • Strong client acquisition skills and the ability to build a strong client book.
  • In-depth knowledge of

    Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Bonds, Equity

    , and tax planning.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and client service skills.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics;

    CFA/CFP preferred

    .
  • Proficiency in financial tools, CRM systems, and Excel-based analysis.
