This is a confidential mandate being handled by our team at Lavya Associates, on behalf of a highly respected institution with a large, long-term investment portfolio.

What You'll Do:

Drive end-to-end
equity investment strategy
across public markets
Manage a
large proprietary portfolio
focused on long-term, risk-adjusted returns
Monitor global/domestic market trends, macroeconomic data, and valuation signals
Lead and mentor an experienced investment team
Ensure alignment with
internal policies
and
regulatory frameworks
Present strategy and performance updates to top leadership and stakeholders
Collaborate with heads of other asset classes for integrated portfolio views

What Were Looking For:

7
+ years of experience in
equity investments / fund management / buy-side research
Previous or Current experience in Life Insurance Industry is a must.
Prior experience managing
institutional portfolios
or
insurance/pension funds
is strongly preferred
Deep understanding of market dynamics, risk metrics, and regulatory compliance
Strong leadership, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
