Relationship Manager-HL

As a Branch Sales Manager, your primary role is to achieve sales targets through various business channels by maintaining direct relationships. Your responsibilities include getting files ready for sanction, collecting KYC documents and necessary customer information, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations, coordinating with internal teams for formalities, and conducting marketing activities for lead generation. Additionally, having basic knowledge of MS Office is essential for this role. To excel in this position, you are required to have a minimum of 6 months of experience in sales of HL/LAP, be an Undergraduate or Graduate, and possess a good understanding of the Home Loan market and regulatory aspects. Key behavioral and technical attributes needed for success in this role include leadership skills, product knowledge, local area awareness, familiarity with KYC documents, strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities, assertiveness, people management skills, and customer orientation.
