Job Summary :

Role is for a Relationship Manager managing Mid networth & HNI Clients, small to mid segment corporates, Reviewing their portfolio through Financial planning/goal planning mode.

Who Should Apply :

CFP Candidates,/Candidates with work experience with AMCs or MFD Firms

Responsibility

• Managing Existing MNI/HNI/NRI Investor base
• Conduct Calendarised Portfolio Reviews for the assigned investor base
• Goal Planning/Financial Planning for existing as well as new referrals for conversion
• Upsell/Cross sales for MF, Term Insurance & Health Insurance as per requirement of the investor
• Referral Generation and Conversion from Mapped Investor Base
  

Requirement

• Graduate/PostGraduate with excellent communication skills & good undertanding of financial services & products
• NISM VA (Mutual Fund) Certification
• CFP Certification
  

Preferred

• NISM & CFP Certification with 0-3 years work experience
• Fresher with fair understanding of financial services and products and NISM & CFP Certification
  

Salary Range :

5 lac+ per Annum (Fixed + Incentives)

Incentives / Bonuses :

Performance based incentive upto 33% of the Fixed CTS calculated/reviewed monthly and paid quarterly (1 to 2 lac/annum)

On the job Financial Planning exposure, AMC Trainings, Product specific, Investor behavior, Macro environment specific trainings
