Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Salary : 20,000 per Month

We’re looking for smart and proactive Relationship Managers to manage and grow partnerships with Banks and NBFCs. The role involves building strong relationships, driving collaboration, and ensuring smooth coordination between our internal teams and partner institutions.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage existing relationships with Banks and NBFCs.
• Identify and onboard new financial partners.
• Coordinate between internal teams and external partners for smooth process flow.
• Ensure timely resolution of partner queries and maintain long-term relationships.
• Track performance metrics and share periodic updates with the management team.

Who You Are:

• Graduate in any discipline (Finance background preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
• Prior experience in banking, NBFC, fintech, or DSA partnerships will be an added advantage.
