Alignment with BDM/ABH for driving 13 month target of sales KPI
Maintaining call records of HNI cases by calling customers Effective use of whats up email communication and this is a relationship model
approach Insure customer meeting branches for ensuring collection
Ensure customer visits were required Joint call with Sales for collection
Ensure persistency is the drive from the region zone Daily follow-up with
Sales for expected collection for the day Ensure timely collection and
Submission of DGH for reinstatement Ensure present in review meeting of NH/ZBH/RBH/ABH & HO Insure contactibility of customer either through updation Provide feedback to HO for any process related improvement.
