Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager specializing in Sales NEXA to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives, and expanding our market presence. This role requires a proactive approach to business development, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of B2B sales processes, including technology sales and account management. The Relationship Manager will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, negotiating deals, and delivering exceptional customer service to foster long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets within the NEXA segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while proactively identifying new prospects through warm calling and networking.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management effectively.
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding client requirements and demonstrating product solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Maintain detailed account management records to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate upselling opportunities.
  • Lead efforts in business development by exploring new markets and expanding existing client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or technical sales roles with a focus on account management and business development.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to present complex solutions clearly.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines.
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Experience in marketing strategies related to B2B environments is a plus.
  • Ability to conduct warm calling campaigns confidently and professionally.
