About the Company:

HLPL Group is a leading logistics company providing complete export/import clearance solutions at major ports. We are hiring Relationship Managers to strengthen our customer service and coordination functions at Gandhidham / Mundra / Kandla.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and clients.
• Provide regular shipment updates and resolve customer queries.
• Handle documentation like COA, AZO test reports, MSDS, etc.
• Troubleshoot shipment or clearance issues and ensure quick resolution.
• Work on EDI software, customs duties, and CTH entries.
• Maintain excellent client relations and service records.

Requirements:

• Graduate with 4+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or EXIM documentation.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient in import/export procedures, software, and documentation.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving ability.
