Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Aluva. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, understanding individual financial goals, and providing tailored investment solutions. Daily tasks include client communication, identifying new business opportunities, conducting financial assessments, and collaborating with team members to meet targets and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Financial planning, investment strategy, and portfolio management knowledge
Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
Proficiency in sales, account management, and customer service
Problem-solving, negotiation skills, and the ability to adapt to client demands
Prior experience in the financial or investment industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
