Relationship Manager

As a Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility will be to effectively manage existing relationships with REG Customers, especially high-value clients, ensuring their continued engagement and satisfaction over a longer period of time. You will also be tasked with acquiring new relationships within the defined business segment to expand the asset book of the Bank. Your role will involve maximizing revenue generation for the Bank by surpassing the performance of regular Relationship Managers. Furthermore, you will be expected to enhance the wallet share of revenue-generating products through cross-selling initiatives such as insurance, trade, forex, liability products, and LAP. Leveraging branch and other channels will also be essential in increasing business sourcing and driving overall growth for the Bank.,
