Position: Relationship Manager – Credit Life
Industry: Insurance (Credit Life)
Location: Ernakulam (Kochi)
Company: Ageas Federal Life Insurance
CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA
Preferred Candidates: Professionals with prior experience in the Insurance Industry

General Overview of the Role

The Relationship Manager – Credit Life will be responsible for building and managing relationships with channel partners, ensuring smooth business acquisition, and driving sales of credit life insurance products. The role requires excellent communication, networking, and business development skills to achieve sales targets while maintaining strong client satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for credit life product distribution.
  • Achieve business targets by driving sales of credit life insurance policies through assigned channels.
  • Ensure excellent service delivery to clients and resolve queries in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and training sessions for channel partners.
  • Track and monitor performance of channel partners and implement strategies to increase business volume.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies, IRDAI guidelines, and industry standards.
  • Provide market feedback and suggest innovative ideas for product positioning and sales strategies.

Skills & Qualifications Required

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Business/Finance/Management or related field (required).
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the Insurance industry, preferably in Credit Life/Banking/Financial services.
  • Proven track record in business development, client handling, and relationship management.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Strong business acumen with a sales-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet targets.
