Job Description

As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in our Corporate Banking division, focusing on sales and client engagement. Your primary objective is to build and nurture long-lasting relationships with corporate clients, understand their unique needs, and offer tailored financial solutions. You will be a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate banking, sales, or relationship management.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate banking products and services, including loans, deposits, and treasury management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed recommendations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new corporate clients and expand business with existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within corporate entities.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored financial products and services to meet their requirements.
  • Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to provide insightful recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and timely resolution of client queries.
  • Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and financial analyses to corporate clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
  • Monitor and analyze client portfolios to identify cross-selling opportunities and upsell additional bank products.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and sales activities.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the bank and expand the network.
