Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Roles and Responsibility

Maintain effective client relationships to originate business and service client needs in corporate and investment banking.

Devise financial solutions to meet company''s banking and financial advisory requirements.

Achieve individual targets and grow account profitability while maintaining high service standards and compliance.

Add value to clients and stay ahead of competition by structuring and implementing innovative deals.

Structure and present new credit proposals to Credit/Risk teams.

Ensure stability of income from existing clients and explore avenues for new income.

Job

Strong knowledge of banking and financial services, including broking and investment banking.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience in cross-selling products and services, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.
