Role Description

The Relationship Manager will focus on managing client relationships to provide customized financial planning, advisory services, and support to meet client objectives. Responsibilities include developing and nurturing client interactions, addressing queries, offering product and service recommendations, identifying business opportunities, and enhancing client satisfaction. The candidate will also promote financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, and portfolio management services. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur.

Qualifications

Strong customer relationship management and account servicing skills
Ability to provide tailored financial guidance and advisory services
Understanding of financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, and portfolio management
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and identifying market trends
Relevant certifications in financial planning or wealth management are a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet targets
