Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Agra. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, identifying client needs, and providing tailored financial services. The role involves regular interactions with clients to ensure satisfaction, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues. The position also requires collaboration with internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of financial services, including investment banking, portfolio management, and retail loans
• Proven track record in client relationship management
• Ability to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in financial services or a related industry is preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Agra
