Relationship Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at ChaitanyaHR consultancy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring excellent customer service and building long-term partnerships.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and candidates to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients and candidates.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and candidates to ensure their needs are being met.
• Analyze client and candidate feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives to address these concerns.

• Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in the recruitment industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
• Experience working with recruitment software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
