Relationship Manager

As a Relationship Manager-Commercial Vehicle (CV)-Retail-Marketing Branches Operations, your primary responsibility will be to handle various customer service requirements such as account opening, DMAT account opening, addressing grievances, selling liability products, educating customers on product features, and issuing cheque books. The quality of advice provided to customers, as evaluated by customers and supervisors, will be a key performance indicator. Additionally, your speed and efficiency in delivering services and achieving sales targets for bank and investment products will be crucial. You will be expected to go beyond the expressed needs of customers by recommending other suitable products, thereby enhancing customer value. Cross-selling of asset products and providing backup support to relationship managers managing High Net Worth Individual (HNI) relationships will also be part of your role. It will be essential to ensure low attrition rates and focus on customer acquisition through referrals from existing customers. Ideal candidates for this position are graduates with a total work experience of 1-3 years, including at least 1 year in financial services or banks. A balanced blend of service and sales orientation is preferred, although a slightly higher emphasis on sales orientation can be acceptable. Candidates with experience in customer service roles within financial services, such as mutual funds or securities houses, and a strong sales orientation are encouraged to apply.,
