### About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Relationship Manager for our TPD (Third Party Distribution) Channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and driving business through channel partners, ensuring strong relationships, and achieving sales targets for health insurance products.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and nurture relationships with assigned channel partners such as:

* NJ Broker

* Turtlemint

* PolicyBazaar

* RenewBuy

* Landmark

* Drive sales through partner networks and ensure consistent business growth.

* Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and business reviews with partners.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective channel engagement.

* Provide product knowledge support and resolve partner queries promptly.

* Track partner performance and ensure adherence to company guidelines.

* Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding, operations, and customer support.

### Candidate Requirements:

* Experience: 1–2 years of experience in insurance sales (health insurance preferred).

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

* Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment.

* Good negotiation and presentation abilities.

* Self-motivated and result-oriented.
