Relationship Manager-Business Banking

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our Business Banking team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and relationship management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business banking services.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote business banking products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
• Manage and analyze client data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Proven experience in sales and relationship management, preferably in business banking.
• Strong knowledge of business banking products and services, including financial planning and analysis.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
