Collaboration with internal teams (Credit, Risk, Operations) and external stakeholders (clients, valuers, lawyers) is essential. The ideal candidate is a CA/MBA (Finance) with over 3 years of experience in emerging corporate lending, possessing strong relationship, analytical, and communication skills.
