As a Relationship Manager at Brad Realty, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong connections between the company and its clients. Your primary responsibilities will include building lasting relationships with clients, understanding their property requirements, and ensuring they receive exceptional service throughout their real estate journey. You will serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, providing expert advice on real estate properties, market trends, and investment opportunities. Collaboration with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and legal departments will be essential to ensure seamless service delivery and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling real estate solutions. Conducting site visits with clients to showcase properties and explain their features, benefits, and suitability will also be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing client feedback to enhance customer experience and services, while striving to achieve monthly and quarterly targets related to client retention and new business. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. A strong understanding of real estate markets and practices, excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are required. You should be able to build trust and rapport with diverse client profiles, be goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
