Role & responsibilities:

The role of a Relationship Manager is essential for maintaining client trust and loyalty, which are fundamental in the Insurance industry. By effectively managing relationships, you contribute to client satisfaction and long-term revenue growth.

Relationship Managers play a key role in facilitating collaboration between different teams within the company, such as sales, underwriting, and claims departments. This collaboration ensures seamless service delivery and enhances the overall client experience.
