Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves cross-selling various life insurance products, maintaining client records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Client Relationship Management skills, including the ability to manage and nurture client relationships
• Sales and Marketing skills; proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
• Customer Service skills; providing exceptional service and addressing customer concerns effectively
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Problem-Solving and Analytical skills
• Knowledge of life insurance products and industry regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the financial services sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
