Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strong long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored financial and credit solutions.
  • Achieve assigned business targets for loan disbursement, portfolio growth, and client acquisition.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of clients and provide post-sales service and support.
  • Cross-sell financial products (loans, credit facilities, insurance, etc.) to maximize customer value.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure timely repayment and resolve queries.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare reports and updates on client interactions, business progress, and market trends.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in banking, NBFC, or financial services (credit/loan/wealth management preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing client relationships.
