Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage strong long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. Identify client needs and provide tailored financial and credit solutions. Achieve assigned business targets for loan disbursement, portfolio growth, and client acquisition. Ensure smooth onboarding of clients and provide post-sales service and support. Cross-sell financial products (loans, credit facilities, insurance, etc.) to maximize customer value. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure timely repayment and resolve queries. Maintain compliance with company policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory standards. Prepare reports and updates on client interactions, business progress, and market trends.
