Company: Atara Events Location: Jayanagar 1st Block, Bangalore Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on Interview, Current CTC, and Relevant Experience) Working Days: Monday to Saturday Timings: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Event days may require extended hours; comp-offs will be provided for Sunday events) About the Role: Atara Events is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) who thrives in high-energy environments and can blend creativity with coordination. This role is perfect for someone who loves curating memorable experiences, building client trust, and managing behind-the-scenes operations to perfection. Key Responsibilities: Client Servicing: Act as the primary point of contact for clients (HNIs, weddings, private events) Understand client preferences, share creative concepts, and present event themes Build strong, long-term relationships through regular updates and professional communication Creative Presentations: Create visually compelling presentations using PowerPoint, Canva, or other design tools Coordinate with the design team to bring event themes and moodboards to life Assist in conceptualizing décor, styling, and guest experiences Vendor Coordination: Liaise with decorators, caterers, technicians, and other third-party vendors Ensure smooth execution of event deliverables on ground Manage timelines, logistics, and expectations from both client and vendor sides Quotations & Documentation: Prepare and edit client quotations in coordination with the founder or operations lead Maintain documentation, budgets, and service records in Excel or equivalent tools Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate (any discipline) Fluency in English is a must; Kannada is a plus Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva or similar design tools Strong communication, planning, and coordination skills Aesthetic sense and interest in styling & design is a strong advantage Prior experience in event management, client handling, or vendor management is preferred Growth Path: Salary revisions based on performance and ownership Growth in responsibilities and seniority possible after 1.5–2 years of consistent delivery Travel & Work Conditions: Role is primarily office-based, with local travel for event days and vendor coordination Must be comfortable with extended hours on event days (flexibility is key in this role)
