Relationship Manager - AHF, Market Research

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in sales, relationship management, and affordable housing.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their housing needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Conduct site visits to assess client properties for loan purposes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of housing loan applications.
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving client queries and concerns promptly.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of affordable housing, housing loans, and financial products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client creditworthiness.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
