We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in sales, relationship management, and affordable housing. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their housing needs and provide tailored solutions. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research. Conduct site visits to assess client properties for loan purposes. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of housing loan applications. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving client queries and concerns promptly. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition. Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or a related field. Strong knowledge of affordable housing, housing loans, and financial products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client creditworthiness. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
