Relationship Management (RM) Executive

SMH Corporation Private Limited is looking for experienced Relationship Management (RM) Executives to manage customer and client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and smooth operational communication. This role requires proactive communication, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Understand client needs and provide timely updates and resolutions.
• Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling company services.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate (any discipline).
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in Relationship Management, Customer Success, or Account Handling.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Technical Skills: Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
• Language: Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Computer Proficiency: Candidates must have strong computer skills with excellent proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and data management tools.
• Experience Requirement: Only experienced candidates with prior relevant work experience should apply.
• Language Skills: Excellent English speaking and writing skills with a neutral accent.
• Comfortable working in night shifts (5PM to 2AM)
• Work Mode: On-site only.
• Transport: Own transport required.
