About the Program:

The Academy Launchpad Program is a flagship initiative aimed at identifying and nurturing talent for field sales roles in the gold industry. It offers a unique blend of practical training, career advancement opportunities, and financial rewards, making it a one-of-a-kind program in the industry.

Internship Phase:

• Paid Internship: Candidates will receive a stipend of 12,700 during the internship phase.

• Sales Training: Comprehensive field sales training to equip candidates with essential skills.
• Performance-Based Absorption: Achieve specified sales targets during the internship to secure a permanent role with the company.
