Relationship Executive

We are seeking a Relationship Executive to act as the key point of contact between our company and clients. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Understand client requirements and guide them on suitable advertising solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and services.
• Address client queries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on client interactions and feedback.
• Support business growth by identifying opportunities to expand services with existing clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in client relationship management, sales, or marketing is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
• Candidates from Kerala with a minimum of 1 year of experience are eligible to apply..

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
