Role Description

The Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, assisting with loan applications, and providing exceptional customer service. Key tasks include processing loans, maintaining customer records, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Belgaum and Hubli districts.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills and ability to manage customer relationships
Experience with loan processing and financial products
Proficiency in maintaining customer records and handling inquiries
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office applications
